( အသက္၁၀ ႏွစ္ေအာက္ ကေလး ကိုယ္မွ႔ ပစၥည္း တစ္ခု႔ခု႔ ခိုးယူလွ်င္၊မရိုးသားေသာအၾကံ ၿဖင္႔ေသြးေဆာင္ဆြဲေခၚ လွ်င္။ ထိုသူကိုေထာင္ ၇ ႏွစ္ အထက္ အၿပစ္ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။)

( buying or disposing of any person as a slave ) ( whoever imports,exports, removes, buys, sells or disposes of any person as a salve,)
shall be punishable imprisonment up to 7 ears.
(တစ္ဦးတစ္ေယာက္ မည္သူကိုမဆို က်ြန္အၿဖစ္၀ယ္ယူမႈ။စီမံခန္႔ခြဲမႈ။ )
(တစ္ဦးတစ္ေယာက္ မည္သူကိုမဆို က်ြန္အၿဖစ္ ႏိုင္ငံတြင္းသို႔ သြင္းလွ်င္။ႏိုင္ငံၿပင္ပ သို႔ ထုတ္လွ်င္၊၀ယ္လွ်င္၊ လူကုန္ကူးသူမည္သူကိုမဆို ထိုသူကိုေထာင္ ၇ ႏွစ္ အထက္ အၿပစ္ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

( habitual dealing in slaves ) ( whoever habitually imports , exports , removes, buys, sells, traffics, or deals in slaves ) shall be punished will transportation for life .
( အၿမဲတစ္ေသ က်ြန္ေရာင္း၀ယ္မႈ ) ( က်ြန္မ်ားကို အၿမဲ တစ္ေစ ႏိုင္ငံသြင္းသို႔ သြင္းလွ်င္၊ ႏိုင္ငံ ၿပင္ပသို႔ ထုတ္လွ်င္၊ အေရာင္းအ၀ယ္ ၿပဳ လွ်င္ လူကုန္ကူးသူ
ထိုသူကို ေထာင္ ဒဏ္ တစ္သက္ တစ္ က်ြန္း ၊ အထိ အၿပစ္ေပးႏိုင္ ပါတယ္။

( selling minor for purposes of prostitution )( whoever sells, lets to hire or otherwise disposes of any person under the age of eighteen years )
shall be punishable imprisonment up to 10 years.

(အရြယ္မေရာက္ေသးသူ အသက္ ၁၈ ႏွစ္ ေအာက္ မိန္းကေလးတစ္ဦး ကို ၿပည္႔တန္စာ အၿဖစ္ အသံုးၿပဳ ရန္ ေငြေပး၀ယ္ယူသူ ၊ မည္သူမဆို ေထာင္ဒဏ္အနဲ ဆံုး ၁၀ ႏွစ္ အထိ အၿပစ္ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

အလိုမတူၿငင္းဆန္၊ခြင္႔ မၿပဳ ဘဲ အတင္း အဓမၼ ကာမ စပ္ယွက္ လွ်င္ မုဒိန္းက်င္႔သူ ကို ေထာင္ဒဏ္ ၁၀ ႏွစ္မွ႔ တသက္တက်ြန္း အထိအၿပစ္ ေပးႏိုင္သည္။

(unnatural offences ) ( whoever voluntarily has carnal intercourse against the order of nature with any man,woman, animal ) shall be punished with transportation for life ., up to 10 years .
( ဓမၼတာ ႏွင္႔ ဆန္႔က်င္ေသာ လိင္ဆက္ဆံမႈ ) ( ေယာက္က်ားၿဖစ္ေစ။မိန္းမၿဖစ္ေစ။တိရစၧာန္ ႏွင္႔ ၿဖစ္ေစ ဓမၼတာ ႏွင္႔ ဆန္႔ က်င္ေသာ ကာမစပ္ယွက္မႈ ကို ၿပဳ လွ်င္ ထိုသူကို တသက္တက်ြန္းၿဖစ္ေစ၊ ဆယ္ႏွစ္ အထိ ၿဖစ္ေစ အၿပစ္ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
