 မိမိတို႔သည္ ထိုင္း-ျမန္မာနယ္စပ္၊ တာ့(ခ္)ခရိုင္ မဲေဆာက္ၿမိဳ႕တြင္ အေျခစိုက္ေသာ လူထုအေျချပဳအဖြဲ႔အစည္း မ်ားျဖစ္သည့္ အားေလ်ာ္စြာ တာ့(ခ္)ခရိုင္ ၉ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္သို႔ ပံုစံမ်ိဳးစံုျဖင့္ ေရာက္ရွိလာၾကကာ ေနထိုင္လုပ္ကိုင္စားေသာက္လ်က္ရွိၾကေသာ ျမန္မာေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားတို႔၏ အေရးအရာအခ်ိဳ႕ကို ကူညီအက်ိဳးေဆာင္ေနၾကေသာ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားျဖစ္ပါသည္။ မိမိတို႔ မဲေဆာက္အေျခစိုက္ လူထုအေျချပဳအဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားျဖစ္ၾကေသာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံေရွ႕ေနမ်ားေကာင္စီ (BLC)၊ အမ်ိဳးသမီး မ်ားလူမႈကူညီေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေရးအဖြဲ႔ (SAW)၊ ကေလးအခြင့္အေရးကာကြယ္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈေကာ္မတီ (CPPCR)၊ ျမန္မာ ျပည္သားမ်ားအေရးပူးတြဲလႈပ္ရွားမႈေကာ္မတီ (JACBA) စသည့္ ၄ ဖြဲ႔ကို အဓိက ကူညီေထာက္ပံ့လ်က္ရွိေသာ ADRA-Thailand အဖြဲ႔၏ စီစဥ္မႈျဖင့္ ယခု ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္အတြင္း ဒုတိယမၸိ ေလ့လာေရးခရီးစဥ္တစ္ခုရွိခဲ့ပါသည္။ အဲဒါက ဘာခရီးစဥ္လဲဟုတ္စ။ မဲေဆာက္ကေန ခ်င္းရိုင္၊ မယ္ဆိုင္၊ ခ်င္းမိုင္ၿမိဳ႕ေတြဆီကို ခ်ီတက္ရမယ့္ ေလ့လာေရးခရီးစဥ္ ပါပဲဗ်ာ။ ၾသ..ၾသ.. အရင္အဦးဆံုး ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္ ၾသဂုတ္လ ၁၉ ရက္ေန႔မွာပဲ မဲေဆာက္ကေန စတင္ ထြက္ခြာခဲ့ၾကပါၿပီ။ ကားက မနက္ ၉ နာရီမွာ စထြက္ၿပီး အရင္ဆံုး ခ်င္းရိုင္ျပည္နယ္ ခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕ကို ဦးတည္ခ်ီတက္ခဲ့ၾကတာပါပဲ။ လမ္းခရီးတေလွ်ာက္မွာ ဟာသေျမာက္ေျမာက္ ေျပာဆိုေနာက္ေျပာင္ မႈေတြနဲ႔အတူ ခရီးဆက္ခဲ့ၾကတာမို႔လို႔ မနက္ ၉ နရီကေန ညေန (၄) နာရီအထိ ကားစီးလာခဲ့ၾကေပမယ့္ သိပ္မသိသာလွပါဘူး။ ေရာက္ေရာက္ခ်င္း ၾသဂုတ္လ ၁၉ ရက္ေန႔ကေတာ့ ဘာမွမလုပ္ၾကရပါဘူး။ ခရီးပန္းလာတာမို႔လို႔ လမ္းနည္းနည္းေလွ်ာက္၊ ဟိုၾကည့္ ဒီၾကည့္နဲ႔ ၿပီးသြားတာပါပဲ။ ခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕ဟာ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံရဲ႕ အႀကီးဆံုး (၁၀) ၿမိဳ႕ထဲမွာပါတယ္လို႔ ၾကားဖူးတာမို႔ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံသားေတြရဲ႕ ေနထိုင္စားေသာက္ၾကပံမက ျမန္မာေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သ မားေတြရဲ႕ ေနထိုင္စားေသာက္ၾကပုံ အခ်ိဳ႕ကိုပါခရီးသြားဟန္လြဲ ေလ့လာမိခဲ့တာပါပဲ။ ခ်င္းရိုင္ျပည္နယ္ ပင္မခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕မွာ ထမင္းဟင္းေရာင္းတဲ့ စားေသာက္ဆိုင္ေတြ ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားတာေတြ႔ရၿပီး အိမ္္မွာေတာင္ထမင္းခ်က္မွ ခ်က္စားၾကရဲ႕လားလို႔ ထင္မွတ္မွားရပါတယ္။ အမယ္ … ထမင္းတစ္ပြဲ ၁၀ ဘတ္၊ ဟင္းတစ္ပြဲ ၃၀ ဘတ္နဲ႔ ဘတ္ ၄၀ ရယ္၊ ထမင္းစားေသာက္ၿပီးတဲ့အခါ ေသာက္ေရမေပးတာမို႔ ေရသန္႔ဗူးတစ္ဗူးက ၁၀ဘတ္၊ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဘတ္ ၅၀ ရွိမွ ထမင္းဆိုင္တစ္ဆိုင္မွာ မဆိုစေလာက္ကေလး (၀ါ) ထမင္းစားတယ္ဆိုရံုေလး ထမင္းစားၾကရမယ္ဗ်။ အဲ..ၾသဂုတ္လ ၂၀ ရက္ေန႔ တေန႔လံုးကေတာ့ ခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္ႀကီးရဲ႕ သားနားခမ္းနားလွတဲ့ Dusit Island Resort ဆီကို ေရာက္ၾကတာေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ အဲဒီမွာ “ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံလုပ္ငန္းခြင္ ေဘးကင္းလံုျခံဳေရးေန႔”အခမ္းအနားႀကီးရွိၿပီးေတာ့ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ (၇၆) ျပည္နယ္စလံုးက လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ဆိုင္ရာျပခန္းေတြလာေရာက္ခင္းက်င္းၾက၊ အခမ္းအနားကိုလာတက္ၾကနဲ ႔ လူ (၁၀၀၀)ေက်ာ္ ရွိမယ္ထင္ပါရဲ႕။ ထိုင္းအလုပ္သမား၀န္ႀကီး႒ာန၊ ထိုင္းကယ္ဆယ္ေရးနဲ႔ ျပန္လည္ေနရာ ခ်ထားေရး၀န္ႀကီး႒ာန၊ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ စက္မႈလုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားနဲ႔ ကုန္သည္ႀကီးမ်ားအသင္း (FTI)၊ ထိုင္းလူ႔စြမ္းအားနဲ႔ လူသားအရင္းအျမစ္၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၊ ထိုင္းသဘာ၀ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ထိန္းသိမ္းေရးနဲ႔ လူမႈဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးေရးတုိးတက္ေရး၀န္ႀကီး႒ာနေတြကေန ဦးစီးက်င္းပတာျဖစ္ၿပီး အဆိုပါ ၀န္ႀကီး႒ာနေတြရဲ႕ ၀န္ႀကီးအခ်ိဳ႕၊ ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီးအခ်ိဳ႕နဲ႔ ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးခ်ဳပ္အဆင့္ေတြ တက္ေရာက္လာတာ ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္။ မိမိတို႔မဲေဆာက္အပါအ၀င္ ၉ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ရဲ႕ တာ့(ခ္)ခရိုင္ကလည္း ADRA-Thailand ရ႕ဲ ျပခန္းနဲ႔ တာ့(ခ္)ခရိုင္ အလုပ္သမားႀကီးၾကပ္ကာကြယ္ေရးရံုး (ဆ၀ါဒီကန္ LPO)ရဲ႕ ျပခန္း ၂ ခန္းျပသ ထားတာေတြ႔ရပါတယ္။ စာရႈသူ..မိတ္ေဆြတို႔ေရ။ က်ေနာ္တို႔ေရာက္ခဲ့တဲ့ ခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕ထဲတေနရာက ၅ ထပ္တိုက္ေဆာက္ လုပ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းခြင္တစ္ခု အေၾကာင္းကိုလည္း ဒီေနရာမွာ ေျပာျပရဦးမယ္။

ခ်င္းရိုင္ျပည္နယ္ရဲ႕ထိုင္းအစိုးရရဲ႕ သတ္မွတ္ေစ်းႏႈန္း၊ ….ေနစားလုပ္အားခ (၂၅၀) ဘတ္ ရရွိၾကတဲ့ ျမန္မာေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားေတြရဲ႕ ဘ၀တစိတ္ တေဒ သေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ Diamond Park Hotel Construction Site မွာက ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမား ၁၀၀၀ ခန္႔ရွိၿပီး သူတို႔ဟာ ၅ ထပ္တိုက္ ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းခြင္တစ္ခုရဲ႕ ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရး လုပ္သားေတြျဖစ္ၾကပါတယ္။ အဲဒီလုပ္ငန္းခြင္မွာ ၀ဏၰ (အလုပ္ၾကပ္) ကို၀င္းနဲ႔ သူ႔လက္ေထာက္ကိုသန္႔ ဆိုသူတို႔ဟာ အဲဒီျမန္မာေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအုလပ္သမားမိသားစု ၅၀ ဦးေလာက္နဲ႔အတူ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ထဲမွာပဲ ယာယီအိမ္တန္းလ်ားငယ္တစ္ခုေဆာက္ၿပီး ေနေနၾကတာပါပဲ။

အမ်ိဳးသားေတြက ေနစား ၂၅၀ ဘတ္ ရၿပီး အမ်ိဳးသမီးေတြက ၂၀၀ ဘတ္ပါတဲ့..။ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ကေလး ၁၀ ဦးေလာက္က MAP Foundion ကဖြင့္လွစ္ထားတဲ့ မူႀကိဳေက်ာင္းမွာထားၾကပါသတဲ့။ ဆက္လက္ၿပီး သူေျပာျပတာေတြထဲက စိတ္၀င္စရာ အေကာင္းဆံုးအခ်က္က ခ်င္းရိုင္ျပညနယ္ထဲမွာ ျမန္မာေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားေတြ လုပ္ကိုင္စားေသာက္ၾကမယ္ ဆိုရင္ လက္မွတ္မရွိသူေတြဟာ မယ္က်န္းၿမိဳ႕ စစ္ေဆးေရးဂိတ္နဲ႔ မယ္ဆိုင္ၿမိဳ႕အ၀င္ စစ္ေဆးေရးဂိတ္ ၂ ခုကို ေရွာင္က်ဥ္ၾကရင္အေကာင္းဆံုးပါပဲတဲ့။

-Excursion trip from Mae Sot to Chiang Rai, Mai Sai and Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand- 

We all are the community based organization which head quarter at Mae Sot. Also we help to Burmese migrant workers who, were transferred from Burmese by many kinds of different ways. We the two CEC, men of JACBA, have been take excursion trip this second time altogether with BLC, SAW, and CPPCR. Sponsored by ADRA-Thailand. This way is our excursion trip to Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai and Mae Sai. ! AW AW, First we started our trip from Mai Sot on 19th Aug 2012. Very easy and have pleasant on the way because of all of members told the funny each another, so, we did not feel serious on the way. We have not heavy works on 19th Aug as freedom. We have been to the Burmese migrant in Chiang Rai and their behaviors, such as how they stay, whats their jobs, and whats problem for them. The Chiang Rai city is one of the biggest within top ten in Thailand. Many restaurants in this city along the streets, I thought that they haven’t habits for cooking themselves. Very chap costs for us, mostly about 30, bahts. The prize of drinking water is 10 bahts/ one bottle. On the 20th August we have attended the great exhibition for “Safety work sites” at Dusit island Resort. So, much exhibitions cames here from the about 76 provinces and about over one thousand people.

The participant ministries are Thai ministry of labour, Ministry of rescue and plan nation Thai factory and trade commerce (FTC), Ministry of human resource development, Environment and Social development ministries. Mostly of vip, from that ministry were attended such as Ministers, Deputy minister and Director generals. The ADRA-Thailand from or Mae Sot have one of exhibition within in nine townships of Tak province. Than labour protection offices (LPO) have 2, exhibitions hold there. ** Short experience on the way** Readers please! One day I have seen a few labours of construction work site in Chiang Rai, I took photographs them as a witness. I’ve seen there. They get norm labour charges about 250 bahts/ one day. At there for example “Diamond park hotel construction site” there have about 1000 labours. That’s very heavy works site because of the building has 5, stairs. Ko win who is the supervisor of worker and his assistant Ko Thant lead their fifty families stay with temporary huts in the construction area. They have got the Charges for male 250 bahts/one day for female 200 bahts/ one day. All of their children are learning at the one of Nursary supported by MAP foundation. So we satisfied when we met that view. The most important matter which they told me was, all our migrant workers must be be carefully areas are the Inspection gates of Mae Chan and Entrance Mai Sai, Mae Chan. (Be continue)

 မိမိတို႔သည္ ထိုင္း-ျမန္မာနယ္စပ္၊ တာ့(ခ္)ခရိုင္ မဲေဆာက္ၿမိဳ႕တြင္ အေျခစိုက္ေသာ လူထုအေျချပဳအဖြဲ႔အစည္း မ်ားျဖစ္သည့္ အားေလ်ာ္စြာ တာ့(ခ္)ခရိုင္ ၉ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္သို႔ ပံုစံမ်ိဳးစံုျဖင့္ ေရာက္ရွိလာၾကကာ ေနထိုင္လုပ္ကိုင္စားေသာက္လ်က္ရွိၾကေသာ ျမန္မာေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားတို႔၏ အေရးအရာအခ်ိဳ႕ကို ကူညီအက်ိဳးေဆာင္ေနၾကေသာ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားျဖစ္ပါသည္။ မိမိတို႔ မဲေဆာက္အေျခစိုက္ လူထုအေျချပဳအဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ားျဖစ္ၾကေသာ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံေရွ႕ေနမ်ားေကာင္စီ (BLC)၊ အမ်ိဳးသမီး မ်ားလူမႈကူညီေစာင့္ေရွာက္ေရးအဖြဲ႔ (SAW)၊ ကေလးအခြင့္အေရးကာကြယ္ေစာင့္ေရွာက္မႈေကာ္မတီ (CPPCR)၊ ျမန္မာ ျပည္သားမ်ားအေရးပူးတြဲလႈပ္ရွားမႈေကာ္မတီ (JACBA) စသည့္ ၄ ဖြဲ႔ကို အဓိက ကူညီေထာက္ပံ့လ်က္ရွိေသာ ADRA-Thailand အဖြဲ႔၏ စီစဥ္မႈျဖင့္ ယခု ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္အတြင္း ဒုတိယမၸိ ေလ့လာေရးခရီးစဥ္တစ္ခုရွိခဲ့ပါသည္။ အဲဒါက ဘာခရီးစဥ္လဲဟုတ္စ။ မဲေဆာက္ကေန ခ်င္းရိုင္၊ မယ္ဆိုင္၊ ခ်င္းမိုင္ၿမိဳ႕ေတြဆီကို ခ်ီတက္ရမယ့္ ေလ့လာေရးခရီးစဥ္ ပါပဲဗ်ာ။ ၾသ..ၾသ.. အရင္အဦးဆံုး ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္ ၾသဂုတ္လ ၁၉ ရက္ေန႔မွာပဲ မဲေဆာက္ကေန စတင္ ထြက္ခြာခဲ့ၾကပါၿပီ။ ကားက မနက္ ၉ နာရီမွာ စထြက္ၿပီး အရင္ဆံုး ခ်င္းရိုင္ျပည္နယ္ ခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕ကို ဦးတည္ခ်ီတက္ခဲ့ၾကတာပါပဲ။ လမ္းခရီးတေလွ်ာက္မွာ ဟာသေျမာက္ေျမာက္ ေျပာဆိုေနာက္ေျပာင္ မႈေတြနဲ႔အတူ ခရီးဆက္ခဲ့ၾကတာမို႔လို႔ မနက္ ၉ နရီကေန ညေန (၄) နာရီအထိ ကားစီးလာခဲ့ၾကေပမယ့္ သိပ္မသိသာလွပါဘူး။ ေရာက္ေရာက္ခ်င္း ၾသဂုတ္လ ၁၉ ရက္ေန႔ကေတာ့ ဘာမွမလုပ္ၾကရပါဘူး။ ခရီးပန္းလာတာမို႔လို႔ လမ္းနည္းနည္းေလွ်ာက္၊ ဟိုၾကည့္ ဒီၾကည့္နဲ႔ ၿပီးသြားတာပါပဲ။ ခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕ဟာ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံရဲ႕ အႀကီးဆံုး (၁၀) ၿမိဳ႕ထဲမွာပါတယ္လို႔ ၾကားဖူးတာမို႔ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံသားေတြရဲ႕ ေနထိုင္စားေသာက္ၾကပံမက ျမန္မာေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သ မားေတြရဲ႕ ေနထိုင္စားေသာက္ၾကပုံ အခ်ိဳ႕ကိုပါခရီးသြားဟန္လြဲ ေလ့လာမိခဲ့တာပါပဲ။ ခ်င္းရိုင္ျပည္နယ္ ပင္မခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕မွာ ထမင္းဟင္းေရာင္းတဲ့ စားေသာက္ဆိုင္ေတြ ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားတာေတြ႔ရၿပီး အိမ္္မွာေတာင္ထမင္းခ်က္မွ ခ်က္စားၾကရဲ႕လားလို႔ ထင္မွတ္မွားရပါတယ္။ အမယ္ … ထမင္းတစ္ပြဲ ၁၀ ဘတ္၊ ဟင္းတစ္ပြဲ ၃၀ ဘတ္နဲ႔ ဘတ္ ၄၀ ရယ္၊ ထမင္းစားေသာက္ၿပီးတဲ့အခါ ေသာက္ေရမေပးတာမို႔ ေရသန္႔ဗူးတစ္ဗူးက ၁၀ဘတ္၊ ဒါေၾကာင့္ ဘတ္ ၅၀ ရွိမွ ထမင္းဆိုင္တစ္ဆိုင္မွာ မဆိုစေလာက္ကေလး (၀ါ) ထမင္းစားတယ္ဆိုရံုေလး ထမင္းစားၾကရမယ္ဗ်။ အဲ..ၾသဂုတ္လ ၂၀ ရက္ေန႔ တေန႔လံုးကေတာ့ ခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕ေတာ္ႀကီးရဲ႕ သားနားခမ္းနားလွတဲ့ Dusit Island Resort ဆီကို ေရာက္ၾကတာေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ အဲဒီမွာ “ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံလုပ္ငန္းခြင္ ေဘးကင္းလံုျခံဳေရးေန႔”အခမ္းအနားႀကီးရွိၿပီးေတာ့ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ (၇၆) ျပည္နယ္စလံုးက လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ဆိုင္ရာျပခန္းေတြလာေရာက္ခင္းက်င္းၾက၊ အခမ္းအနားကိုလာတက္ၾကနဲ ႔ လူ (၁၀၀၀)ေက်ာ္ ရွိမယ္ထင္ပါရဲ႕။ ထိုင္းအလုပ္သမား၀န္ႀကီး႒ာန၊ ထိုင္းကယ္ဆယ္ေရးနဲ႔ ျပန္လည္ေနရာ ခ်ထားေရး၀န္ႀကီး႒ာန၊ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ စက္မႈလုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားနဲ႔ ကုန္သည္ႀကီးမ်ားအသင္း (FTI)၊ ထိုင္းလူ႔စြမ္းအားနဲ႔ လူသားအရင္းအျမစ္၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၊ ထိုင္းသဘာ၀ပတ္၀န္းက်င္ထိန္းသိမ္းေရးနဲ႔ လူမႈဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးေရးတုိးတက္ေရး၀န္ႀကီး႒ာနေတြကေန ဦးစီးက်င္းပတာျဖစ္ၿပီး အဆိုပါ ၀န္ႀကီး႒ာနေတြရဲ႕ ၀န္ႀကီးအခ်ိဳ႕၊ ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီးအခ်ိဳ႕နဲ႔ ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးခ်ဳပ္အဆင့္ေတြ တက္ေရာက္လာတာ ေတြ႔ရပါတယ္။ မိမိတို႔မဲေဆာက္အပါအ၀င္ ၉ ၿမိဳ႕နယ္ရဲ႕ တာ့(ခ္)ခရိုင္ကလည္း ADRA-Thailand ရ႕ဲ ျပခန္းနဲ႔ တာ့(ခ္)ခရိုင္ အလုပ္သမားႀကီးၾကပ္ကာကြယ္ေရးရံုး (ဆ၀ါဒီကန္ LPO)ရဲ႕ ျပခန္း ၂ ခန္းျပသ ထားတာေတြ႔ရပါတယ္။ စာရႈသူ..မိတ္ေဆြတို႔ေရ။ က်ေနာ္တို႔ေရာက္ခဲ့တဲ့ ခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕ထဲတေနရာက ၅ ထပ္တိုက္ေဆာက္ လုပ္ေရးလုပ္ငန္းခြင္တစ္ခု အေၾကာင္းကိုလည္း ဒီေနရာမွာ ေျပာျပရဦးမယ္။

ခ်င္းရိုင္ျပည္နယ္ရဲ႕ထိုင္းအစိုးရရဲ႕ သတ္မွတ္ေစ်းႏႈန္း၊ ….ေနစားလုပ္အားခ (၂၅၀) ဘတ္ ရရွိၾကတဲ့ ျမန္မာေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားေတြရဲ႕ ဘ၀တစိတ္ တေဒ သေပါ့ဗ်ာ။ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ Diamond Park Hotel Construction Site မွာက ျမန္မာအလုပ္သမား ၁၀၀၀ ခန္႔ရွိၿပီး သူတို႔ဟာ ၅ ထပ္တိုက္ ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းခြင္တစ္ခုရဲ႕ ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရး လုပ္သားေတြျဖစ္ၾကပါတယ္။ အဲဒီလုပ္ငန္းခြင္မွာ ၀ဏၰ (အလုပ္ၾကပ္) ကို၀င္းနဲ႔ သူ႔လက္ေထာက္ကိုသန္႔ ဆိုသူတို႔ဟာ အဲဒီျမန္မာေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအုလပ္သမားမိသားစု ၅၀ ဦးေလာက္နဲ႔အတူ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ထဲမွာပဲ ယာယီအိမ္တန္းလ်ားငယ္တစ္ခုေဆာက္ၿပီး ေနေနၾကတာပါပဲ။

အမ်ိဳးသားေတြက ေနစား ၂၅၀ ဘတ္ ရၿပီး အမ်ိဳးသမီးေတြက ၂၀၀ ဘတ္ပါတဲ့..။ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ကေလး ၁၀ ဦးေလာက္က MAP Foundion ကဖြင့္လွစ္ထားတဲ့ မူႀကိဳေက်ာင္းမွာထားၾကပါသတဲ့။ ဆက္လက္ၿပီး သူေျပာျပတာေတြထဲက စိတ္၀င္စရာ အေကာင္းဆံုးအခ်က္က ခ်င္းရိုင္ျပညနယ္ထဲမွာ ျမန္မာေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားေတြ လုပ္ကိုင္စားေသာက္ၾကမယ္ ဆိုရင္ လက္မွတ္မရွိသူေတြဟာ မယ္က်န္းၿမိဳ႕ စစ္ေဆးေရးဂိတ္နဲ႔ မယ္ဆိုင္ၿမိဳ႕အ၀င္ စစ္ေဆးေရးဂိတ္ ၂ ခုကို ေရွာင္က်ဥ္ၾကရင္အေကာင္းဆံုးပါပဲတဲ့။

-Excursion trip from Mae Sot to Chiang Rai, Mai Sai and Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand- 

We all are the community based organization which head quarter at Mae Sot. Also we help to Burmese migrant workers who, were transferred from Burmese by many kinds of different ways. We the two CEC, men of JACBA, have been take excursion trip this second time altogether with BLC, SAW, and CPPCR. Sponsored by ADRA-Thailand. This way is our excursion trip to Chiang Rai, Chiang Mai and Mae Sai. ! AW AW, First we started our trip from Mai Sot on 19th Aug 2012. Very easy and have pleasant on the way because of all of members told the funny each another, so, we did not feel serious on the way. We have not heavy works on 19th Aug as freedom. We have been to the Burmese migrant in Chiang Rai and their behaviors, such as how they stay, whats their jobs, and whats problem for them. The Chiang Rai city is one of the biggest within top ten in Thailand. Many restaurants in this city along the streets, I thought that they haven’t habits for cooking themselves. Very chap costs for us, mostly about 30, bahts. The prize of drinking water is 10 bahts/ one bottle. On the 20th August we have attended the great exhibition for “Safety work sites” at Dusit island Resort. So, much exhibitions cames here from the about 76 provinces and about over one thousand people.

The participant ministries are Thai ministry of labour, Ministry of rescue and plan nation Thai factory and trade commerce (FTC), Ministry of human resource development, Environment and Social development ministries. Mostly of vip, from that ministry were attended such as Ministers, Deputy minister and Director generals. The ADRA-Thailand from or Mae Sot have one of exhibition within in nine townships of Tak province. Than labour protection offices (LPO) have 2, exhibitions hold there. ** Short experience on the way** Readers please! One day I have seen a few labours of construction work site in Chiang Rai, I took photographs them as a witness. I’ve seen there. They get norm labour charges about 250 bahts/ one day. At there for example “Diamond park hotel construction site” there have about 1000 labours. That’s very heavy works site because of the building has 5, stairs. Ko win who is the supervisor of worker and his assistant Ko Thant lead their fifty families stay with temporary huts in the construction area. They have got the Charges for male 250 bahts/one day for female 200 bahts/ one day. All of their children are learning at the one of Nursary supported by MAP foundation. So we satisfied when we met that view. The most important matter which they told me was, all our migrant workers must be be carefully areas are the Inspection gates of Mae Chan and Entrance Mai Sai, Mae Chan. (Be continue)
