ဤေမးခြန္းမ်ားသည္ ခ်င္းရိုင္ျပည္နယ္ ၁၀ ခရိုင္အတြင္းမွာသာမက ခ်င္းမိုင္ျပည္နယ္ ၁၈ ခရိုင္အတြင္းတြင္လည္း အတူတူ ပင္ ျဖစ္ပင္ေၾကာင္းကို ယခင္ယခင္က ခ်င္းမိုင္ျပည္နယ္သို႔ ႏွစ္စဥ္ႏွစ္တိုင္း တစ္ေခါက္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ႏွစ္ေခါက္ျဖစ္ေစ ေရာက္ခဲ့ေလ တိုင္း ေတြ႔ဆံုေမးျမန္းခဲၿပီျဖစ္ပါသည္။ မိမိသိရွိထားၿပီး ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ခ်င္းရိုင္္ျပည္နယ္ပင္မခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕တြင္ ေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားမ်ားနွင့္ ပတ္သက္ၿပီး “ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ေဘးကင္းလံုၿခံဳ ေရးေန႔” ဆိုသည္ကို မိမိတို႔တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ရပါေသးသည္။ တႏွစ္တစ္ႀကိမ္ ေနရာေဒသေရႊြ႕ေျပာင္းက်င္းပဟန္ရွိေသာ ဤ အခမ္းအနားသည္ ယခုႏွစ္တြင္ ပင္မခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕က လက္ခံက်င္းပရဟန္ရွိပါသည္။ ထိုင္းအလုပ္သမား၀န္ႀကီးဌာန အပါအ၀င္ ၀န္ႀကီးဌာန (၄)ခု ႏွင့္ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံစက္မႈလုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားႏွင့္ ကုန္သည္မ်ားအသင္း (FTI) တို႔က ပူးေပါင္းက်င္းပၾကေၾကာင္း အခမ္းအနားနဖူးစည္းလိုဂိုမ်ားက သက္ေသခံေနပါသည္။ ထိုင္းအလုပ္သမား၀န္ႀကီးဌာန ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီးႏွင့္ အျခားဒုတိယ ၀န္ႀကီးမ်ား၊ ၀န္ႀကီးဌာန အသီးသီးမွ ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးခ်ဳပ္မ်ား၊ ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးမ်ားလည္း တက္ေရာက္လာၾကသည္ကို ေတြ႔ျမင္ရပါသည္။ မိမိတု႔ိ တာ့(ခ္)ျပည္နယ္မွ ထိုင္းအလုပ္သမား၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၊ အလုပ္သမားႀကီးၾကပ္ကာကြယ္ေရးရံုး (LPO) ဒုတိယညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴး-ႏိုင္ပရာ၊့ မဲေဆာက္ခရိုင္ ဦးစီးအရာရွိ-မဲ့တာတို႔သည္လည္း တာ့(ခ္)ျပည္နယ္ ျပခန္းအတြက္ လာ ေရာက္ခဲ့ၾကသလို ADRA Thailand ကလည္း ျပခန္းတစ္ခန္းျပသထားတာေတြ႔ရပါသည္။ ပင္မခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕၊ Dusit Island Resort တြင္ ဤအခမ္းအနားကိုခမ္းနားႀကီးၾကယ္စြာ က်င္းပခဲ့ၿပီး လူ ၁၀၀၀ ခန္႔ တက္ေရာက္လာတာေတြ႔ရပါသည္။ (ဤေနရာတြင္ ၿပံဳးရီခ်င္သည္မွာ ေနာက္တစ္ေန႔၌ ဤအခမ္းအနား၏ ပစၥည္းမ်ားကို ADRA Thailand မွ သြားသိမ္းရာတြင္ မိမိတို႔မဲေဆာက္ခရီးသည္မ်ားသည္လည္း လိုက္သြားၾကပါသည္။ ဟိုေရာက္ၿပီးပစၥည္းမ်ားကို ကူသိမ္းရာတြင္ ဌာနဆိုင္ရာကလိုလို၊ ထိုင္းအလုပ္ရွင္လိုလိုႏွင့္ လူတစ္ေယာက္သည္ ဟိုတယ္ပိုင္ပစၥည္းအခ်ိဳ႕ကိုေရာ၊ ADRA Thailand မွ ကင္မရာတစ္လံုးကိုပါ ေရာေယာင္သလိုႏွင့္ သူ႔ကားေပၚတင္သြားပါသည္။ သူခိုးႏွင့္ မိတ္ေဆြဖြဲ႔မိသလိုမ်ိဳးျဖစ္ခဲ့သည္မွာ ဤစာေရးသူသည္ ထိုလူပစၥည္းသိမ္းသည္ကို ၀ိုင္းကူ၊၀ိုင္းသယ္၊သူ႔ကားေပၚ၀ိုင္းတင္ေပးခဲ့ျခင္းေၾကာင့္သူ႔ကားထြက္သြားၿပီးမွ ပစၥည္းအခ်ိဳ႕ ေပ်ာက္ေနေၾကာင္း သိရရာ စာေရးသူသည္ သူခိုးနွင့္ အမွတ္မထင္ ေပါင္းသင္းမိခဲ့ပါေပသည္။

We all have been in Chiang Rai (Chiang Rai Province) and while walk in town, looked for our Burmese migrant workers at there. (For example we met and told together with Burmese migrants such as some of servants and some of construction workers.) We all have especially remember there we met mostly of migrants were Shan families. Some of them were Burmese and Burmese islams religions, who able to tell in Thai Language. Skill in different Language is the important matters are very very useful in communication each another. I would like to inform that the some of Thai Nations have started to learn in Burmese speech. Their objectives are easy to understand communication with Burmese migrant labours. The Burmese migrant workers told us that they had get safe materials in their occupation with free issue and the supervisor suggestion them to wear trousers. (We thought that that’s different conditions the migrant workers who work at Mae Sot regions. Nobody Burmese workers of Mae sot regions can’t get that chance. Most different between them.) Next one of important matter, for temporary passport and workpermit. We asked to them if the employer has keep the migrants passports and workpermit and they replied that their employers no need to keep the documents also they keep documents, themselves. (I surprised that case in the Tak province must notified order, the migrant workers must be keep no original documents be keep duplicates.) This questions are not only at Chiang Rai but also same with Chiang Mai. We know that case since pervious time.

Then we have attended to the “ occupational safety day” at Chiang Rai. I thought that they help that day in yearly. The celebration held collaboration with four Thailand ministries and factories & Trade union. Deputy Ministers of Thailand ministry of labour and some of Director Generals, directors and managing directors of Thailand department and enterprise. Nai Prag, who is the chief officer of labour protection office (LPO) from Tak province and Mae Tar, the chief officer of Mae Sot district were participated that celebration. ADRA Thailand had help the show room there. About one thousand people were participated that celebration which hold at Dusit Island Resort in Chiang Rai. The writer of this Motto snatch seen with great thief there. The event of funny there, a person who pretended as staff (or) employer Kept the materials of ADRA Thailand and some of materials of Dusit Island Resort altogether a camera of ADRA Thailand kept way by his car. This snatch funny case means, the writer of this motto did not know nothing, but help the great thief as a friendship, Hah..Hah..Hah!

ဤေမးခြန္းမ်ားသည္ ခ်င္းရိုင္ျပည္နယ္ ၁၀ ခရိုင္အတြင္းမွာသာမက ခ်င္းမိုင္ျပည္နယ္ ၁၈ ခရိုင္အတြင္းတြင္လည္း အတူတူ ပင္ ျဖစ္ပင္ေၾကာင္းကို ယခင္ယခင္က ခ်င္းမိုင္ျပည္နယ္သို႔ ႏွစ္စဥ္ႏွစ္တိုင္း တစ္ေခါက္ျဖစ္ေစ၊ ႏွစ္ေခါက္ျဖစ္ေစ ေရာက္ခဲ့ေလ တိုင္း ေတြ႔ဆံုေမးျမန္းခဲၿပီျဖစ္ပါသည္။ မိမိသိရွိထားၿပီး ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ခ်င္းရိုင္္ျပည္နယ္ပင္မခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕တြင္ ေရႊ႕ေျပာင္းအလုပ္သမားမ်ားနွင့္ ပတ္သက္ၿပီး “ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ေဘးကင္းလံုၿခံဳ ေရးေန႔” ဆိုသည္ကို မိမိတို႔တက္ေရာက္ခဲ့ရပါေသးသည္။ တႏွစ္တစ္ႀကိမ္ ေနရာေဒသေရႊြ႕ေျပာင္းက်င္းပဟန္ရွိေသာ ဤ အခမ္းအနားသည္ ယခုႏွစ္တြင္ ပင္မခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕က လက္ခံက်င္းပရဟန္ရွိပါသည္။ ထိုင္းအလုပ္သမား၀န္ႀကီးဌာန အပါအ၀င္ ၀န္ႀကီးဌာန (၄)ခု ႏွင့္ ထိုင္းႏိုင္ငံစက္မႈလုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ားႏွင့္ ကုန္သည္မ်ားအသင္း (FTI) တို႔က ပူးေပါင္းက်င္းပၾကေၾကာင္း အခမ္းအနားနဖူးစည္းလိုဂိုမ်ားက သက္ေသခံေနပါသည္။ ထိုင္းအလုပ္သမား၀န္ႀကီးဌာန ဒုတိယ၀န္ႀကီးႏွင့္ အျခားဒုတိယ ၀န္ႀကီးမ်ား၊ ၀န္ႀကီးဌာန အသီးသီးမွ ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးခ်ဳပ္မ်ား၊ ညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴးမ်ားလည္း တက္ေရာက္လာၾကသည္ကို ေတြ႔ျမင္ရပါသည္။ မိမိတု႔ိ တာ့(ခ္)ျပည္နယ္မွ ထိုင္းအလုပ္သမား၀န္ႀကီးဌာန၊ အလုပ္သမားႀကီးၾကပ္ကာကြယ္ေရးရံုး (LPO) ဒုတိယညႊန္ၾကားေရးမွဴး-ႏိုင္ပရာ၊့ မဲေဆာက္ခရိုင္ ဦးစီးအရာရွိ-မဲ့တာတို႔သည္လည္း တာ့(ခ္)ျပည္နယ္ ျပခန္းအတြက္ လာ ေရာက္ခဲ့ၾကသလို ADRA Thailand ကလည္း ျပခန္းတစ္ခန္းျပသထားတာေတြ႔ရပါသည္။ ပင္မခ်င္းရိုင္ၿမိဳ႕၊ Dusit Island Resort တြင္ ဤအခမ္းအနားကိုခမ္းနားႀကီးၾကယ္စြာ က်င္းပခဲ့ၿပီး လူ ၁၀၀၀ ခန္႔ တက္ေရာက္လာတာေတြ႔ရပါသည္။ (ဤေနရာတြင္ ၿပံဳးရီခ်င္သည္မွာ ေနာက္တစ္ေန႔၌ ဤအခမ္းအနား၏ ပစၥည္းမ်ားကို ADRA Thailand မွ သြားသိမ္းရာတြင္ မိမိတို႔မဲေဆာက္ခရီးသည္မ်ားသည္လည္း လိုက္သြားၾကပါသည္။ ဟိုေရာက္ၿပီးပစၥည္းမ်ားကို ကူသိမ္းရာတြင္ ဌာနဆိုင္ရာကလိုလို၊ ထိုင္းအလုပ္ရွင္လိုလိုႏွင့္ လူတစ္ေယာက္သည္ ဟိုတယ္ပိုင္ပစၥည္းအခ်ိဳ႕ကိုေရာ၊ ADRA Thailand မွ ကင္မရာတစ္လံုးကိုပါ ေရာေယာင္သလိုႏွင့္ သူ႔ကားေပၚတင္သြားပါသည္။ သူခိုးႏွင့္ မိတ္ေဆြဖြဲ႔မိသလိုမ်ိဳးျဖစ္ခဲ့သည္မွာ ဤစာေရးသူသည္ ထိုလူပစၥည္းသိမ္းသည္ကို ၀ိုင္းကူ၊၀ိုင္းသယ္၊သူ႔ကားေပၚ၀ိုင္းတင္ေပးခဲ့ျခင္းေၾကာင့္သူ႔ကားထြက္သြားၿပီးမွ ပစၥည္းအခ်ိဳ႕ ေပ်ာက္ေနေၾကာင္း သိရရာ စာေရးသူသည္ သူခိုးနွင့္ အမွတ္မထင္ ေပါင္းသင္းမိခဲ့ပါေပသည္။

We all have been in Chiang Rai (Chiang Rai Province) and while walk in town, looked for our Burmese migrant workers at there. (For example we met and told together with Burmese migrants such as some of servants and some of construction workers.) We all have especially remember there we met mostly of migrants were Shan families. Some of them were Burmese and Burmese islams religions, who able to tell in Thai Language. Skill in different Language is the important matters are very very useful in communication each another. I would like to inform that the some of Thai Nations have started to learn in Burmese speech. Their objectives are easy to understand communication with Burmese migrant labours. The Burmese migrant workers told us that they had get safe materials in their occupation with free issue and the supervisor suggestion them to wear trousers. (We thought that that’s different conditions the migrant workers who work at Mae Sot regions. Nobody Burmese workers of Mae sot regions can’t get that chance. Most different between them.) Next one of important matter, for temporary passport and workpermit. We asked to them if the employer has keep the migrants passports and workpermit and they replied that their employers no need to keep the documents also they keep documents, themselves. (I surprised that case in the Tak province must notified order, the migrant workers must be keep no original documents be keep duplicates.) This questions are not only at Chiang Rai but also same with Chiang Mai. We know that case since pervious time.

Then we have attended to the “ occupational safety day” at Chiang Rai. I thought that they help that day in yearly. The celebration held collaboration with four Thailand ministries and factories & Trade union. Deputy Ministers of Thailand ministry of labour and some of Director Generals, directors and managing directors of Thailand department and enterprise. Nai Prag, who is the chief officer of labour protection office (LPO) from Tak province and Mae Tar, the chief officer of Mae Sot district were participated that celebration. ADRA Thailand had help the show room there. About one thousand people were participated that celebration which hold at Dusit Island Resort in Chiang Rai. The writer of this Motto snatch seen with great thief there. The event of funny there, a person who pretended as staff (or) employer Kept the materials of ADRA Thailand and some of materials of Dusit Island Resort altogether a camera of ADRA Thailand kept way by his car. This snatch funny case means, the writer of this motto did not know nothing, but help the great thief as a friendship, Hah..Hah..Hah!
